A RED FLAG WARNING is in effect for these areas as dry and windy conditions are expected. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible across locations north and east of the Pecos River Saturday night into Sunday morning. Some storms could become strong to severe with the primary threats being large hail and damaging winds. Today: Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. South wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to between 20 and 25 mph. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 46.
